In the first half, "When Your Design Becomes Reality", this seminar will provide an overview of XL Catlin's Risk Drivers research, highlighting factors linked to CA services, such as how to spot and manage disputes. In the second half, "Your Toast", goes to the pitfalls of owner agreements, such as tenant improvement corporate agreements. The web of liability will be explored, including the risk of shared CAD documents and different CAD systems.
