What causes so much fear or discomfort for those who are facing their own death or that of their loved ones? What techniques can we use to bring ourselves into boundlessness and insight, to come into the realization of the truth of impermanence?
Join Ram Dass, Roshi Joan Halifax and Frank Ostaseski for an intimate exploration of the blessing of our own mortality, and the ways in which we can come to terms with suffering and fear as tools for awakening.
