How far are you from the airport?
The Resort is approximately 28 miles (50 minutes) northwest of Kahului Airport and 3 miles (10 minutes) south of West Maui Airport.

Do you offer shuttle service to the Resort from the airport?
The Resort does not provide a shuttle. Transportation to the Resort is either by shuttle bus companies, rental car or taxi. Taxis cost approximately $100 one-way. There are several shuttle companies that will pick the guest up at the airport and drop them off at the hotel lobby. The prices vary per company. Some shuttle companies include Speedi Shuttle and Kapalua Executive.

Do you charge for parking?
Currently the Resort charges a $10.00 daily fee for self-parking and $15.00 per day for valet parking. Fees are subject to change without notice.

How far is the nearest town?
The Resort is located in the Kaanapali Beach Resort, a short walk to the Whaler's Village Shopping and Restaurant complex, and three miles north of historic Lahaina Town featuring historical points of interest, quality shops and galleries, world-class restaurants and a fun-filled nightlife.

Do you offer transportation into town?
The Kaanapali shuttle is free and will take guests throughout the Kaanapali Beach Resort, including Whaler's Village with its many restaurants and shops. The Lahaina shuttle is $1.00 per person each way and operates between the hotel and several stops in Lahaina Town. Shuttle service is available daily with hourly service from 9am to 10pm.

Do you have Internet access? Is there a cost?
The Resort offers high-speed Internet access. Complimentary Internet access is available for one hour after you register with our Skywave service; after that unlimited use is available for $9.95 per day. The Resort does offer complimentary computer use in our Guest Relations office. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Do you have babysitting services?
We don't have a babysitter on property, but the front desk has a referral sheet of licensed babysitters in the area.

Do you have bell service?
The Resort provides bell service for guests who would like assistance with their luggage. The Resort's main building is twelve stories tall and the adjacent cottage buildings are two stories tall. The tower building has elevators and the two-story cottages have stair access.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
The Resort, in compliance with Hawaii State Law, is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted outside of the Resort at least 20 feet away from all entrances and doorways. A cleaning fee will be charged to those who violate this policy.

Do you allow early check-ins and late check-outs?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; and check-out time is 12:00 noon. However, if the room is ready, the Resort will allow the guest to check-in early on the day of arrival. The Resort might extend the check-out time one or two hours, but because they usually need to get the room ready for newly arriving guests, it may not be possible. The guest needs to check with the front desk clerk. The bell staff will lock up baggage so the guest can go sightseeing or eat while waiting for their room or before departure.

Do you offer room service?
Room service is available daily for breakfast from 7am-10am, and for dinner from 6pm-9pm.

What is the Luau schedule?
From September through May, the Luau is offered Tuesday through Friday, and Sunday. Check-in time for these months begins at 5pm with the Luau scheduled from 5:30pm-8pm. From June through August the Luau is scheduled daily. Check-in time for June through August begins at 5:30pm with the Luau scheduled from 6pm-8:30pm.

Are there children's activities?
The Resort does not have a set children's program however, many of our scheduled resort activities are designed to be enjoyed by the whole family.

What about taxes?
General sales tax in Hawaii is currently 4.166%. This tax is added to most sold items in Hawaii including food and beverage. Hotel tax in Hawaii is currently 9.25% on the daily room rate. The combined hotel tax and the state sales tax is 13.4166% which is added to the daily room rate. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
