Cook II (Full-Time) $25.60*
Perform skilled work in preparing and cooking a variety of food items. Work involves preparing and cooking a wide variety of food, some of which may require special techniques and card to reduce costs and to serve properly. Days and shifts will vary. TB clearance required.
PM Wait-Help (Full-Time) $8.50 + gratuities
Services food and beverage in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in a high guest satisfaction. Adheres to all regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Food and cocktail service experience in the last 18 months required, preferably in a hotel. Excellent written and verbal skills required. TB clearance required. Days and shifts will vary.
Maintenance 1st Class (HVAC/REF) $29.85*
Performs general and specialized maintenance work to all HVAC and refrigeration at the Royal Lahaina Resort. Includes guest rooms and common areas. HVAC certification required and journeyman level required.
Food & Beverage Cashier (Full-Time/Casual) $20.13*
Provides customer service to patrons of the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant, Royal Scoop, and Royal Trading Company. Within 1-2 years cashiering experience preferred. Knowledge of Point of Sale cashiering system helpful. TB clearance required. Days and shifts will vary.
PBX Operator (Casual) $19.33*
Provides telephone/radio assistance in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Performs all routine duties required within the telephone facilities resulting in high guest satisfaction.
Male Luau Dancer (Casual) $35.00*
Basic steps of Hula, Tahitian and Samoan. Must be available to work the weekend shifts. TB clearance required.
Bus Help (Casual) $8.50 + gratuities
Performs a combination of duties to facilitate food service to ensure guest satisfaction. Assists wait help and is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Requires TB clearance. Days and shifts will vary.
Security Officer (Full-Time) $18.00*
Performs protective and enforcement functions in a professional and courteous manner; responds to emergency situations, undesired conduct, and disturbances in order to maintain a safe and secure environment. Must have excellent written and communication skills. Previous Hotel Security experience or first response experience in a related field preferred. Valid driver license and High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Royal Lahaina Resort will provide training for the State of Hawaii Guard Certification.
Security Dispatcher (Full-Time) $16.00*
Performs protective and enforcement functions in a professional and courteous manner; dispatches officers/managers either by radio or telephone to emergency situations, undesired conduct and disturbances in order to maintain a safe and secure environment. Requires hotel security experience within the last 3 years. Days and shifts will vary
Bell/Valet Attendant (Casual) $8.50 + gratuities
Excellent customer service skills. Clean driver’s abstract and a State of Hawaii driver license. Hotel experience within the last year.
Luau Greeter (Part-Time) (8 Positions) $15.00*
Provides service in a friendly and courteous manner. Perform all routine duties required in the servicing of guests of The Royal Lahaina Luau. Requires TB clearance. Days and shifts will vary.
Luau Wait-Help (Full-Time/Casual) $8.50 + gratuities
Services food and beverage at the Royal Lahaina Luau. Provides service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in high guest satisfaction. Within the last 18 months experience in food and cocktail service. TB clearance required. Nights and shifts will vary.
Guest Service Agent (Part-Time) $21.50*
Provides customer service to guests of the hotel. Accurately checks in/out guests utilizing the hotel SMS system. Excellent communication skills required. Within the last 1-2 years hotel guest service experience required. Days and shifts will vary.
Beach Activities Attendant (Casual) $15.00
The Beach Activities Attendant is focused on guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and profitability. Our guests are our top priority and we must provide memorable experiences at every opportunity. It is important to strive to create a safe and positive working environment. The Beach Activities Attendant offers personalized recommendations and assistance in booking events, beach activities, tours, attractions, retail sales, and other services. TB clearance and liquor registration required. Days and shifts will vary.

Food & Beverage Outlet Manager (Salary based on experience)
Supervises, trains, and coordinates efforts to assist employees throughout the Food & Beverage Department with the goal of providing excellent customer service. Essential Functions • Interpret hotel occupancy reports and BEO’s. • Ability to manage the operation staying within the budget and staffing guidelines. • Ability to create, adjust and administer the schedule for the department • Assist in the conduction of monthly inventories • Ability to implement and monitor company operation standards. • Ability to positively manage and motivate • Ability to carry on multiple projects at the same time while managing the department • Ability to articulately communicate instructions and information. • Assist staff and guests during high volume situations • Ability to communicate effectively to guests, co-workers and managers from other departments . Front Office Manager
Provides excellent customer service to guests arriving and departing the Royal Lahaina Resort. Supports and assists the Front Office/Reservations/PBX/Bell/Security Departments with any requests & inquires. Coordinates with other department managers to ensure all guests requests and inquires have been fulfilled. Oversee all Front Office/Reservations/PBX/Bell/Security associates are performing to the hotel expectations. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must also have excellent guest service skills. Hotel Management within the last 2 years required. Days and shifts will vary.
